How secure is my data in Brilbook?

As personal data is integral part of working with any solution in Brilbook, we ensure complete compliance and alignment to GSPR. 

Separate databases, full encryption

Each company’s data in Brilbook is stored in a separate database. This avoids any risk of unwanted leaks into another company’s database.

The Brilbook application employs only secure HTTPS connections, where all information is encrypted in-flight.

Additionally, Brilbook databases are configured with advanced Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) to ensure no unauthorised copy of read of the database.

Daily backups and backups of backups

We store backups of your important data, so we can restore your information upon request. All backups of Brilbook data – no matter where you are – are done on Microsoft Azure secured web space.

This means your data is safely stored around the globe every day.

World-class infrastructure

We currently host our data in the following Azure regions.

• UK South
• India Central
• US East
• US West

For optimized performance and compliance, client data from specific regions will primarily be hosted in specific data centers local to the client.

EU: for EU clients
UK: for non-EU European and EMEA clients
US: rest of the world.

Note: Due to external conditions (e.g., IP mappings), company accounts can be hosted in different data centers. If you would like to know exactly where your company’s data is hosted, please reach out to our App Support team.

Perfect Privacy

Your data is important and should belong to you and you alone. Brilbook will not have any knowledge or control over the categories or nature of the data you uploaded into your account. We will only process your data as directed by you or as outlined in our Terms of Service.
